Haven't gotten any food there yet, but drinks are great, especially with this 50% price in Manhattan as a capital one card holder. Love the concept. It's chill. There's security there to keep out the riff raff. Bathroom is accessible with code.

Great Coffee, and great staff. The staff are always very nice to me, and will always provide good service and help you if anything goes wrong. You get half off with the capital one card, which is a huge plus! I recommend going here! I am a regular at this place and I will continue to be. Great place!

Nice cafe, quiet, good coffee great monkey bread muffin and realistically priced. Seating can be a bit limited though as the good hospitality is a bit overused by people getting out of the cold and using the free wifi to do their homework. Enjoy.

16oz coffee/latte. Delicious but sometimes I get way less than what I paid for. Sometimes it’s served to me warm instead of hot. The inconsistency is annoying. $3.95 for my coffee that’s not even 16oz or hot enough.

What a great find! My go to in this area is Birch which is a couple of blocks down but decided to try this spot and am so glad I did! It's part of the capital one cafe which is basically this Verve location in combination with a capital one banking outpost. Not sure if there are any other parts to it that I missed. I really loved the seating concept, reminded me of a really nice airport lounge. Lots of spaces that can double up as work stations. It's also designed really nicely to make it appear very roomy unlike a lot of cafes in New York that a so cramped. I hate one of the winter specials - a cardamom latte. It was delicious and something I really appreciated was that it was actually piping hot when I got it, which was perfect for a chilly day. Most times I feel like lattes are lukewarm when you get them and tepid by the time you're less than halfway through. So this was a big W for Verve in my book! They also had signs up saying capital one card members get 50% off which is a phenomenal deal for such good coffee! Definitely going to be back

CapitalOne card users get HALF OFF?! I don’t have a one and def applied for one… I tried their pumpkin latte and it was on the sweeter side but delicious. The inside space is very open and welcoming. There’s plenty of places to post up to work and relax.
